DATS'S WELL VENTURES ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at datswellventures.co.ke and its related staff dashboard. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We are a licensed fish and seafood business based in Voi, Taita Taveta County, Kenya.

- Order details — when you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, and delivery location so we can prepare and deliver your order.
- Payment information — payments are processed via Safaricom M-Pesa. We receive a confirmation (transaction reference, amount, and the paying phone number) to match your payment. We do not collect or store card numbers or M-Pesa PINs.
- Staff accounts — for employees, we store a username, role, branch, and work records (attendance, sales) needed to operate the business.
- Technical data — standard session cookies required to keep you signed in and to secure forms (CSRF protection).
2. How we use your information
- To process, prepare, and deliver your orders.
- To confirm and reconcile payments.
- To contact you about your order where necessary.
- To operate our business (inventory, staff management, and reporting).
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide our service — for example, with Safaricom (M-Pesa) to process payments, and with our own delivery staff to fulfil your order. We may disclose information where required by law.
