These terms govern your use of the website and services of DATS'S WELL VENTURES, a fish and seafood business based in Voi, Taita Taveta County, Kenya. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products and services
We sell fresh fish and seafood for pickup and delivery within our service areas. Product availability, prices, and delivery areas may change without notice. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
2. Orders
When you place an order, you provide your name, phone number, and delivery location. We may contact you to confirm details or availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock), in which case any payment made will be refunded.
3. Payment
Payments are made via M-Pesa. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and matched. Please ensure you pay to the correct Paybill/Till shown at checkout. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect number.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver fresh products promptly within our stated areas. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by demand, weather, or logistics. Please provide accurate delivery details.
5. Staff portal
The staff dashboard is a private system for authorised employees of DATS'S WELL VENTURES only. Unauthorised access is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.
